Orders may be placed by email, telephone or FAX. Please include the item numbers, your name, address, email street address and telephone number. We will confirm your order, normally by email, but we can also mail out confirmations upon request. We prefer to ship via United Parcel Service. Contact Information

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover or debit cards, checks, money orders and bank drafts in U.S. currency. Sorry, no C.O.D.'s. Customers' current phone number with address must appear on all orders. If you have an unlisted phone number, we will respect your privacy. We will call you only if it becomes absolutely necessary.
Prices:
Pricing, specifications, availability, and terms may change without notice. The current Inside Gateway Online retail price is always posted. Sale and special pricing is also posted. Prices posted in the "Significant New Products" section may only be available for a limited period of time due to product allocation by manufacturer or distributor, manufacturer order cut off dates, delivery date, manufacturer price increases and/or product cancellations. Any prices offered online will be honored at our retail store. Store sales subject to Washington State Sale Tax.
Returns:
A refund or credit will be provided if the item is returned by the customer within ten (10) days from the date of sale. A telephone call, fax, or e-mail to sdepolo@theinsidegateway.com explaining the circumstances causing the return is necessary in order to receive a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. This refund and/or credit applies only to "New" or "Like New" items.
No returns for "As Is" items. Items are sold with the understanding that the item may be damaged and/or in need of repair. Non factory installed electronics such as lights, sound, decoders, command control and/or other modifications void The Inside Gateway Online return policy.
Reservations & Special Orders - Credit Cards
When you place your order, our secure online ordering system requires that you provide current credit card number, including expiration date, and shipping instructions.
Reservations & Special Orders - Checks & Money Orders
If credit card information is not available, a 10% deposit may be required at the time the order is placed. Non credit card orders should be mailed to the Inside Gateway Online, 14725 NE 20th, Bellevue, WA 98007. A shipping address and telephone number is required. If you have any questions, you can email us at sdepolo@theinsidegateway.com or call us at 1-425-747-2016. You will be mailed at receipt for your deposit within 10 days.
Brass models and Lionel "Pre Order Sale" items being reserved require a 10% non refundable deposit with order (if we cannot supply the model, the deposit will be refunded).
We will bill and ship non brass items when they are received. We will bill brass models when the pick up notice is received from the importer. Brass models normally arrive within 30-45 days of us receiving the pick up notice.
Prices are subject to change by Vendors we purchase from. If a price changes, for any reason, the customer will be notified and given the option to cancel the order without penalty. Note that some new items may require some time to be released. The Inside Gateway Online is not responsible for manufacturer delays or cancellations.
Hold Policy
Non brass models may be held for 10 days. Brass models may be held for 5 days. If payment is not received within the allocated time frame, then model will by put back in stock.
Sales Tax:
Washington State residents will be charged 8.8% sales tax. For orders shipped outside the State of Washington, it is the buyers responsibility to pay any applicable local and or import fees.
Damaged Models:
If a model is damaged in shipment notify us and the shipper. Make sure you have the shipper number. Retain all the shipping materials to include the box and all packing materials. The shipper will notify us and a call tag will be issued by us on our end. The shipper will pick up the shipping materials and damaged model from your location. The claim will be settled as quickly as possible. Please note that failure to retain all the shipping materials will prevent the claim from being settled.
