| Sam Furukawa's "Rio Grande Southern" |
 |
Sam Furukawa's Sn3 Rio Grande Southern is a collaborative effort of several outstanding modelers. Sam, along with Bill Banta and Jimmy Booth, has created another outstanding northwest narrow gauge railroad. Over the last year or two, these talented models have transformed an empty family room into a fully operational representation of the RGS between Ridgeway and Rico.
Sam's layout will
be included in the layout tours during the 2012 Narrow Gauge Convention
in Seattle/Bellevue, WA.

| Jin Noonan's "Rio Grande Southern"
Jim Noonan's HOn3 Rio Grande Southern is another fine example of the RGS. Back in 1991 Jim built a free standing building, in his backyard, and had been hard at work recreating his version of the RGS until his unexpected passing. Jim was an exceptional modeler and a fine gentleman. He will be missed.

| Didrik Voss's "Everett & Monte Cristo" |
 |
While not a narrow gauge railway, the Everett & Monte Cristo probably should have been. Built to tap gold and silver around Monte Cristo, Washington, the riches never materialized. Some historians believe that over $10 million was spent to recover less than $1 million in concentrate. The modeling, in HO-Scale, speaks for itself......
