Jin Noonan's  "Rio Grande Southern"

Jim Noonan's HOn3 Rio Grande Southern is another fine example of the RGS.  Back in 1991 Jim built a free standing building, in his backyard, and had been hard at work recreating his version of the RGS until his unexpected passing.  Jim was an exceptional modeler and a fine gentleman.  He will be missed.  Click on photograph on the right to see layout photos.

Steve Depolo's "Alaska Pacific"

The Sn3 Alaska Pacific Railway & Terminal Company is a freelanced railroad loosely based on a standard gauge railroad, of the same name, that attempted to build from a deep water port at Katalla to the interior of Alaska around 1907.  The time period is the fall of 1942.  Click on photograph on the right to see layout photos.

Didrik Voss's "Everett & Monte Cristo"

While not a narrow gauge railway, the Everett & Monte Cristo probably should have been.  Built to tap gold and silver around Monte Cristo, Washington, the riches never materialized.  Some historians believe that over $10 million was spent to recover less than $1 million in concentrate.  The modeling, in HO-Scale, speaks for itself......  Click on photograph on the right to see layout photos.
